VIRUS NOO!!!

Postby dragonmike » Sun Aug 08, 2004 7:09 pm

Ok ive got a virus/adware/spyware on my comp that keeps hijacking my home page and changing it... there is also something on my computer that keeps poping search engines up.... Ive got Norton Antivirus 2004 Pro, Adware 2.0, and Spysweeper but none of them have gotten rid of the problem... I also think ive got other viruses on my computer is there any solution or program that will let me eliminate them all without reinstalling windows?

First of all you might wanna try to upgrade to the latest version of adaware. Which is 6 build 1.81. Also are all the reference files for Adaware and your antivirus up to date? When was the last time you did a full scan on your computer for viruses?
