System bios?

Postby Pen » Wed Mar 30, 2005 6:57 pm

In order to fix an error installing a new display driver, I was told to disable the onboard video adapter from the system bios. How do I get to the system bios, and any tips on disabling the onboard video adapter?

Thanks in advance.

To get to the BIOS, you need to press delete or F1 during the early boot-up. Once you're in there, look around, I don't know where it would be

I don't think you need to do this, carefulley connect your monitor the the video card connction, start it up and install the cd.
It's not a bios option,but a connection "CHOICE"
I doubt if this is where you got yourself though because
installing a new display driver
Why not just stay put ?
You must have done something "right"
