Zone alarm compatability

Postby mcmouse » Sun Sep 26, 2004 9:36 am

Hi
Using XP, using "antivir personal " for virus control and would now like a firewall.
My wife is using ZOne Alarm on her PC and it works fine with Nortons AV but I have downloaded it 3 times and each time I try to restart the system it goes into a loop, only way to start is in safe mode!!
ANy suggestions how to get over the problem
Thanks

what do you mean by downloaded...have you installed the ZoneAlarm in your system........you must have downloaded the pirated one 'cause for using ZoneAlarm Pro you must purchase the Registration key
Anyways if you have installed it then start in safe mode and then go to Add/Remove Programs in ControlPanel and try to uninstall it.

..........ZoneAlarm pro is the best firewall software so after using the trial version buy the full version and you can get update facilities from ZoneLabs..........

Go here : http://download.zonelabs.com/bin/free/i ... story.html This website has all of the history of zone alarms releases. It always posts the latest version to be released, which can always be downloaded for free. If you find a keygen (cracks.am or keygen.us in my opinion), you can sometimes update it, and the keygen that worked in the previous will work with the latest one. With that said, sometimes if you can't find a keygen for the latest version, just try a keygen for a previous version.
